4. Role of 4Z Travels

4Z Travels acts solely as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers. The Company does not own, operate, or control such services and shall not be liable for acts or omissions of service providers.

5. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers are responsible for reviewing booking details upon receipt of confirmation.

6. Prices, Fees & Taxes

Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation. Certain services may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with UAE laws. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, bank charges, and fees.

7. Payments

7.1 Credit & Debit Cards (Visa / MasterCard)

Payments are charged upon booking confirmation through secure, certified payment gateways. 4Z Travels does not store card details.

8. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

All cancellations and amendments are subject to the rules of the relevant service providers. Some bookings may be non-refundable. Administrative and bank fees are non-refundable.

9. Disclaimer

The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Use of the Website is at the user's own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Z Travels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in fraudulent bookings, misuse the Website, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate applicable laws.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. UAE courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
